He is with Prof. Dr. C. Palanivelu since 2008, for 15 years now. He developed his skills and advanced laparoscopic surgeries under his guidance. He has been part of the Upper GI surgical team since 2012 – as a senior consultant doing all major surgical works including all types of

  • Gall bladder Surgery
  • Lap. Fundoplication
  • Achalasia Cardia
  • Endoscopy
  • Colonoscopy
  • Upper GI cancer surgeries except for oesophageal cancers

 

He is having a special interest in Obesity & Diabetes Surgery – joined with Dr. Praveen Raj since 2013. Now he is a lead consultant in the Department of obesity & Diabetic Surgery. He has participated as a faculty in various National/International conferences, conducted regular CME / Seminars / Training courses in Obesity, Hernia, and Upper GI fields. He published more than 30 papers in well-renowned journals. He is also co-author of books published in the field of obesity – (1) Bariatric surgical practice guide (2) Clinics in Bariatric / Metabolic Surgery.
