Dr S Rajapandian

Dr. S. Rajapandian is a senior consultant surgical gastroenterologist and Head of the Department of Colorectal Surgery at GEM Hospital and Research Centre. With over 26 years of surgical experience and more than two decades of association with Dr. C. Palanivelu, he has developed extensive expertise in advanced laparoscopic gastrointestinal procedures.

He specializes in colorectal surgery and performs both conventional and advanced laparoscopic and robotic colorectal procedures. His strong commitment to minimally invasive surgery and continuous surgical advancement has contributed to his expertise in managing complex gastrointestinal conditions. He has also contributed to surgical education through medical book publications on laparoscopic and hernia surgery.
